Empowering you with compassionate, personalised therapy to heal, grow, and thrive.

About Me

With over 16 years of experience across both public and private sectors, I offer a compassionate, expert-driven approach to mental health and psychological support.

My career has spanned a range of settings—from  local authorities to delivering talking therapies within the NHS, including specialist roles in health psychology, stroke, and spinal injury care.

I have worked with children, young people, and adults, supporting individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, long-term health conditions, and neurodivergence.

My work also includes providing therapy within educational settings and supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

In addition to clinical work, I am a Lecturer at a leading university, teaching on postgraduate programmes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also serve as a Clinical Supervisor, mentoring and guiding fellow professionals in their therapeutic practice.

My experience includes working with organisations such as Bupa, AXA, and leading legal firms, bringing a high standard of care and insight to every client and partner I support.

I am professionally trained to conduct comprehensive ADHD assessments and provide accurate diagnoses.
