A highly experienced and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Supervisor with a strong background in academia and clinical practice.

 

Passionate about the development of therapists, I have extensive experience supervising trainee and qualified practitioners in CBT and EMDR, ensuring adherence to the highest professional standards.

 

As a Lecturer, I contribute to the training of future therapists by teaching at the MSc level in CBT, combining academic expertise with real-world clinical insights. My role involves delivering evidence-based teaching, mentoring students, and supervising research projects.

 

In my clinical work, I am an accredited EMDR Practitioner and currently working towards EMDR Consultant accreditation. I have experience working with complex trauma, PTSD, and a wide range of psychological disorders using both CBT and EMDR.

 

My supervision style is integrative and supportive, fostering the growth of practitioners while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
