I love helping children and teens feel better when life feels tough. I know that sometimes talking about feelings can be hard, so I use fun and creative ways to help kids express themselves in a way that feels comfortable and safe!
In play therapy, we use toys and games to help you share your thoughts and feelings. With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I can teach you new ways to think about things so you feel more confident and happy.
If you’ve been through something really tough, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help your brain heal and feel stronger.
I also love using sand tray therapy, where you can create scenes in the sand to tell your story without needing to use words.
My goal is to help children and teens feel good about themselves, handle big feelings, and grow into strong, happy individuals. Whether you're feeling anxious, sad, frustrated, or just need someone to help you through a tough time, I'm here for you.If you want a therapist who understands kids and uses fun and creative ways to help, I’d love to meet you! Let’s work together to make things better.
